Thornwell Health Labs — Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States.

Processing time. Orders are processed and shipped the same day when placed before 3:00 PM ET on business days; otherwise the next business day.

Delivery time. Estimated delivery is 6–9 business days after shipment.

Shipping rates. Standard shipping is $9.99 on orders under $100. Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more (including our 3-Bottle and 6-Bottle packages).

Tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Address accuracy. Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
