Thornwell Health Labs — Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind Magnesium Ease with a 180-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 180 days of your order date.

How to request a refund: Email support@thornwell-health-labs.com with your order number and the words "refund request." No forms and no return of the product are required for your first refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Subscriptions: The guarantee applies to your order. To stop future subscription shipments, cancel your subscription before your next billing date (see our Subscription Policy). Refunds for already-shipped subscription orders follow the 180-day guarantee above.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it at no cost.
